Hylux Sports Drink: This project is live on Kickstarter right now – http://kck.st/1SLP8hi. I was sent a couple of bottle to sample and it’s pretty tasty. The interesting thing about this product is the fact that it was created by a student-athlete and now he’s trying to bring it to a broader market. After a heart injury brought Lamar’s competitive track career to a halt, his doctors recommended that he make some dietary adjustments to facilitate his recovery. In the process he developed #Hylux, a sports drink without the artificial chemical colorings, more nutrients/minerals that several other brands on the market and less sugar per oz. He’s nearly half way to his crowdfunding goal. #blogged
